The permanent limit
Four places. Eight guests. No crowds.
This is not a first phase that leads to a larger park. Four guest accommodations, each for no more than two people, is the intended final scale.
The limit keeps the homestead recognisable as a home and working piece of land. Guests should feel they are sharing in its rhythm, not checking into a separate hospitality machine.
The evolving concept
Homestead Lodges
The design is still being worked out. The current direction may combine canvas, timber and insulated construction with the ease of a safari-style lodge — but no final construction claim is being made yet.
What matters is that each place feels settled into nature rather than lined up like a campsite, and comfortable enough for year-round use.
A small private base

Your own bathroom
A permanent private shower and toilet, designed for simple everyday comfort.
A terrace outside
A small private deck or terrace, with the landscape close and enough separation to withdraw.
One important absence
No full private kitchens.
Cooking and eating are meant to happen in the Cozinha Comum. That shared centre makes spontaneous contact possible without turning it into a duty.
You might cook beside someone, share what came from the garden and stay at the long table. Or make a quiet breakfast, take a book back to your terrace and see nobody for a while. Both belong here.

A stay is still in the future.
The lodges are planned, not bookable. There are no opening dates, rates or final building details to announce. The best way to know when that changes is to follow the project as it is built.
