A small farm stand
A direct, low-key place for whatever is genuinely available that week.
From the Land
Grow for the homestead, learn from the land, and share what arrives in abundance.
Food before product
The goal is not industrial production. We plan to grow much of the food used at Terra Sem Pressa, guided by what the soil, climate and available time can realistically support.
That may mean vegetables, fruit and herbs. If animals become part of the homestead later, eggs may join the table. These are possibilities rather than a fixed catalogue.
The first purpose
Harvests will first go to the people living and staying on the land. Food can travel a short distance from garden to pantry, from basket to the long table in the Cozinha Comum.
Growing with respect for the land matters to us, but we will not use official organic or certification language unless that status genuinely exists.
If there is enough
A direct, low-key place for whatever is genuinely available that week.
Seasonal collections shaped by abundance, rather than a promised product list.
Produce used in the common kitchen or shared around the long table.
The seasons set the pace
Weather, water, pests, mistakes and timing will shape the real story. That uncertainty is not a flaw in the project; it is part of working with living systems.
Field notes
The Journal will document garden plans, experiments, failures, costs and the small lessons that only arrive by doing the work.
